No obstante,&nbsp;Baja California Sur&nbsp;cuenta en la actualidad con un amplio men\u00fa que aprovecha la riqueza natural de los productos que vienen del mar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Es as\u00ed que el visitante m\u00e1s exigente se va a sorprender al saborear platillos que incluyen almejas, caracoles, marlin, at\u00fan, entre otros<\/strong>. Muchos de estos platillos recuperan la memoria de un largo proceso en el que se incorporan tradiciones gastron\u00f3micas norte\u00f1as, como la carne seca y el pescado salado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ingredientes-de-nbsp-baja-california-sur\">Ingredientes de&nbsp;Baja California Sur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como en todos los lugares de nuestro pa\u00eds, la imaginer\u00eda popular crea tarde o temprano sus propios platillos, de modo que usted puede saborear en&nbsp;La Paz&nbsp;las famosas almejas chocolatas asadas en su concha, los sabrosos tamales fajados, las papas rellenas de langosta y los tacos de mariscos que son una verdadera delicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Se hace agua la boca con s\u00f3lo pensar en los guisos preparados a base de langosta, de camarones o de abul\u00f3n, y aderezados con las salsas m\u00e1s exquisitas<\/strong>. Tanto en&nbsp;La Paz&nbsp;como en&nbsp;Los Cabos&nbsp;es posible disfrutar de un men\u00fa internacional que se ve favorecido por los productos marinos.
