Sin embargo, esta nueva investigaci\u00f3n, publicada en BMJ Medicine, pone el foco no solo en cu\u00e1nto ejercicio se hace, sino en cu\u00e1n variado es.<a href=\"https:\/\/images.sipse.com\/c03IB8kZGNbpZhyIz1kzXyoU8_M=\/fit-in\/900x500\/2026\/02\/12\/1770921905868.png\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El equipo de investigadores analiz\u00f3 durante tres d\u00e9cadas los datos de m\u00e1s de 111 mil adultos, quienes reportaron el tiempo semanal dedicado a diferentes actividades f\u00edsicas, como caminar, trotar, andar en bicicleta, remar, practicar deportes de raqueta, levantar pesas, realizar entrenamiento de resistencia, yoga, ejercicios de baja intensidad y trabajos al aire libre de moderados a pesados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mas-ejercicios-variados-nbsp\">M\u00c1S EJERCICIOS VARIADOS&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras ajustar variables de salud y estilo de vida, los resultados fueron claros: las personas que practicaban una mayor variedad de ejercicios presentaban un 19% menos riesgo de morir de forma prematura que aquellas con rutinas m\u00e1s mon\u00f3tonas.
